Bright Side of A Bad Day

October 2011 was life-changing. Too much happened within that one month.
I just finished writing my speech for Kylen's funeral. I'm happy with it. I mean, I cry every time I read it... but I wrote what I needed to say and I'm honored to have the opportunity to share it

“Some days you must learn a great deal. But you should also have days when you allow what is already in you to swell up and touch everything. If you never let that happen, then you just accumulate facts, and they begin to rattle around inside of you.”

“I beg you…to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Do not search for the answers, which could not be given you now, Because you would not be able to live them. and the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”
